本論文では、原子力機構核不拡散・核セキュリティ総合支援センター(ISCN)の設立と日本の核セキュリティ分野のトレーニングセンターとしてのキャパシティ構築に関する経験を共有し、以て新しく同様のセンターを設立しようとしているあるいはさらに発展させようとしている国を支援することを目指す。

This paper aims at sharing practices of the Integrated Support Center for Nuclear Nonproliferation and Nuclear Security (ISCN) of Japan Atomic Energy Agency (JAEA) in its establishment and development of its capacity as Japan's nuclear security training center or a nuclear security support center (NSSC); and thus, to support countries to newly establish or further develop their training institution on nuclear security.
