2016年7月に日本原子力学会からモデルV&Vの考え方に基づいて、不確かさを考慮した予測評価、品質管理を加えたモデリング&シミュレーションの方法論の考え方をまとめた「シミュレーションの信頼性に関するガイドライン:2015」(原子力学会ガイドライン)を発行した。本セッションでは、原子力学会ガイドラインの発行に係る活動の概説と期待、そして他分野における国内外における活動の現状等について紹介する。

The Atomic Energy Society of Japan (AESJ) published "Guideline for Credibility Assessment of Nuclear Simulations 2015" in June, 2016 which specifies the concepts on methodology for the prediction with uncertainty quantification and the quality management based on the concept of verification and validation (V&V) of modeling and simulation. In this session, the outline of activities in AESJ for publication of the guideline and the expectation for effective implementation of the guideline are to be presented. And domestic and overseas activities regarding to the V&V out of the field of the nuclear energy are to be introduced.
