Oxygen potential, oxygen diffusion, electrical conductivity and defect equilibria in PuO$$_{2-x}$$

不定比性酸化物中の欠陥濃度は酸素ポテンシャル、酸素拡散、電気伝導率を含む物性値と密接に関係している。本研究では、PuO$$_{2-x}$$の酸素ポテンシャルをBrouwer diagramを用いて評価するとともに、第一原理計算の結果を用いることでPuO$$_{2-x}$$の欠陥形成エネルギーを決定した。さらに酸素ポテンシャル、酸素拡散及び電気伝導率の温度依存性、O/M比依存性を記述することに成功した。

The point defect concentrations of the non-stoichiometric oxide are closely related to properties including oxygen potential, oxugen diffusion and electrical conductivity. In this study, the oxygen potential of PuO$$_{2-x}$$ was evaluated with Brouwer diagram and the formation energies of point defect were determined by ab-initio calculation and Brouwer diagram. The relationship among oxygen potential, oxygen diffusion and electrical conductivity were described as function of O/M ratio and temperature.
