廃止措置段階における換気空調設備の運用について

崩壊熱が極めて低いレベルにある「もんじゅ」の廃止措置期間中の炉心及び炉外燃料貯蔵槽に燃料が配置されている状況下においては、予熱ヒータにてナトリウムが凍結することを防止しつつも、区画内に放出される放散熱を換気空調設備により冷却する運用を継続することが望ましい。ただし、換気空調設備の運用は、原子炉の通常運転を対象として設計されたものであり、廃止措置段階においては、その状況に応じた適切な運用の見直しが必要である。本報では、これまでの運転データ等をもとに、実負荷と換気空調設備容量の関係を整理し、廃止措置段階における合理的な換気空調設備の運用に関する検討状況について報告する。

However, the operation of ventilation air conditioning equipment is designed for normal operation of nuclear reactors, and it is necessary to review the proper operation according to the situation at the stage of decommissioning. In this report, we will summarize the relationship between the actual load and the capacity of the ventilating and air conditioning equipment based on the past operation data and report on the status of consideration on rational ventilation air conditioning equipment operation at the decommissioning stage.
