本パネルディスカッションでは、偶発的な事故に伴う衝突や爆発により建物に生じる衝撃作用を想定し、荷重や応答の低減対策や合理的評価に向けた検討について議論を行う。本発表では、爆発や衝突体などの荷重源からの直接的な衝撃力や被衝突体の応答、破壊現象、それらに伴う二次飛散物等の衝突作用の影響等を解析的に評価するためのモデル化と解析法について述べるとともに、いくつかの解析事例を紹介する。

In this panel discussion, measures to reduce impact loads and responses and considerations for rational evaluation will be discussed assuming impact effects occurring in buildings due to collisions and explosions associated with accidental accidents. In this presentation, modeling and analytical methods to evaluate the effects of direct impact force due to explosion and collision, structural impact response, destruction phenomenon, and collision action such as secondary scattering objects caused by them are presented. In addition, recent detailed analytical examples will be introduced.
