Real-time, In-line nuclear material monitoring in reprocessing facilities; Maintaining continuity-of-knowledge and detecting misuse

This submitted abstract describes a way to incorporate pipe- and tank-monitoring to provide an extra measure to maintain continuity-of-knowledge and detect misuse within a reprocessing facility. Based on results obtained using MEXT subsidy to "promote strengthening nuclear security and the like" we will describe how our demonstration results from a measurement at PCDF can be incorporated into improving continuous monitoring of nuclear material directly. We will also expand upon our promotional capability to apply delayed gamma-ray self-interrogation at the solution tanks.
