放射光を用いたピンホール型二次元蛍光イメージングXAFS法の開発

Development of pin hole type two dimensional fluorescence imaging XAFS by Synchrotron Radiation

SPring-8の高輝度アンジュレータ光とピンホール,直接撮像型CCDカメラを用いて、mmオーダーの広い面積の高速イメージングが可能なピンホールカメラ型の二次元蛍光イメージングXAFS法の実証を目指した。

We aimed to demonstrate a two-dimensional fluorescence imaging XAFS method using a pinhole camera, which enables high-speed imaging of a large area of millimeter size using the high-brilliance undulator light, a pinhole and a direct-imaging CCD camera at SPring-8.
