内部被ばく線量評価コード簡易版の仕様の検討

Study on specifications of a simplified version of the internal dose calculation code

原子力機構は、我が国の内部被ばくに係る放射線安全基準に国際放射線防護委員会(ICRP)2007年勧告の主旨を取り入れるための基盤技術として、内部被ばく線量評価コードを開発してきた。今後、2007年勧告に基づく線量管理が必要となった際に幅広い人々が利用しやすいコード簡易版を開発するにあたり、仕様の検討を行った。簡易版は、主要な核種の既定条件における摂取についてあらかじめ体内放射能推移や線量係数をデータベース化し、これを参照する方式として計算負荷の低減を行うこととした。また、スマートフォンやタブレット等の様々なモバイルデバイスでの利用を想定し、不具合のリスクや維持管理コストの低減のためにウェブアプリとして開発することとした。簡易版の開発期間は令和4年度から4年間を予定しており、開発と並行して提供方法についても検討を進めていく。

Japan Atomic Energy Agency (JAEA) has developed an internal dose calculation code as core technology for introduction of the 2007 Recommendations of the International Commission on Radiological Protection to the regulations for radiation safety in Japan. A simplified code that is easy to be used for various people will be required when control of exposure doses based upon the 2007 Recommendations is required after the introduction. Then, specifications of a simplified version of the internal dose calculation code were studied. To decrease a computation load, the simplified code will refer a database of time courses of radioactivity in the body and dose coefficients for major nuclides. The simplified version will be developed as a web-application to decrease risks of bugs and costs of maintenance with the assumption that the simplified version is used in various mobile devices such as smart phones and tablets. The developing period will be four years. Code providing procedures will be also studied.
