日本原子力研究開発機構放射線標準施設棟(FRS)では、放射線測定器の校正や特性試験を目的として、4MVバンデグラフ加速器(米国NEC製ペレトロン4UH-HC)を用いた単色中性子校正場・高エネルギー線校正場を整備している。本講演では、FRS加速器の概要や利用状況を報告するとともに、近年発生した故障・トラブルへの対応等を紹介する。

In the Facility of Radiation Standards (FRS) of JAEA, mono-energetic neutron calibration fields and a high-energy -ray calibration field using a 4MV Van de Graaff accelerator has been established, for calibration or characteristic tests of radiation measuring instruments. In this presentation, usage status and details of troubles occurred in the FRS accelerator in recent years will be reported.
