We present direct photon-hadron correlations in 200 GeV/A Au$$+$$Au, $$d$$$$+$$Au and $$p$$$$+$$$$p$$ collisions, for direct photon $$p_T$$ from 5 - 12 GeV/$$c$$, collected by the PHENIX Collaboration in the years from 2006 to 2011. We observe no significant modification of jet fragmentation in $$d$$$$+$$Au collisions, indicating that cold nuclear matter effects are small or absent. Hadrons carrying a large fraction of the quark's momentum are suppressed in Au$$+$$Au compared to $$p$$$$+$$$$p$$ and $$d$$$$+$$Au. As the momentum fraction decreases, the yield of hadrons in Au$$+$$Au increases to an excess over the yield in $$p$$$$+$$$$p$$ collisions. The excess is at large angles and at low hadron $$p_T$$ and is most pronounced for hadrons associated with lower momentum direct photons. Comparison to theoretical calculations suggests that the hadron excess arises from medium response to energy deposited by jets.

Using a data sample of 921.9 fb$$^{-1}$$ collected with the Belle detector, we study the process of $$e^+e^-to D^+_sD_{s1}(2536)^-+c.c.$$ via initial-state radiation. We report the first observation of a vector charmoniumlike state decaying to $$D^+_sD_{s1}(2536)^-+c.c.$$ with a significance of 5.9$$sigma$$, including the systematic uncertainties. The measured mass and width are $$(4625.9^{+6.2}_{-6.0}({rm stat.})pm0.4({rm syst.}))~{rm MeV}/c^{2}$$ and $$(49.8^{+13.9}_{-11.5}({rm stat.})pm4.0({rm syst.}))~{rm MeV}$$, respectively. The product of the $$e^+e^-to D^+_sD_{s1}(2536)^-+c.c.$$ cross section and the branching fraction of $$D_{s1}(2536)^-to{bar D}^{*0}K^-$$ is measured from the $$D_s bar{D}_{s1}(2536)$$ threshold to 5.59 GeV.

The spectral shape of the $$Lambda(1405)$$ baryon was measured via the in-flight $$d(K^-, n)$$ reaction at the J-PARC K1.8BR beam-line (J-PARC E31). The second E31 physics run was carried out in January and February, 2018. Approximately $$3.9 times 10^{10}$$ kaons were irradiated on the deuteron target. The missing mass spectrum for the $$d(K^-, n)$$ where the residual final-state particles were $$Sigma^0$$ and $$pi^0$$ ($$d(K^-, n)$$"$$Sigma^0pi^0$$" spectrum) was measured for the first time.

The structure of the $$Lambda(1405)$$ hyperon is an important and long-standing issue related to the $$bar{K}$$-nucleus interaction. The J-PARC E31 experiment has been performed to investigate the $$Lambda(1405)$$ spectrum shape. Because it is hard to form the $$Lambda(1405)$$ directly by a $$bar{K}N$$ scattering in free space, E31 uses the $$d(K^-, n)$$ reaction with an incident kaon momentum of 1 GeV/$$c$$. We will identify three final states - $$Sigma^-pi^+$$, $$Sigma^+pi^-$$, $$Sigma^0pi^0$$ so that the isospin structure of hyperon resonance states produced can be decomposed. The first physics run of the E31 experiment was performed in 2016. To enhance the statistics of the data set, we have performed the second physics run in the beginning of 2018. During the second run of E31, around $$3.9 times 10^{10}$$ kaons impacted on the deuteron target.

We report the results of a search for the $$B to Y(4260) K, Y(4260)to J/psipi^+pi^-$$ decays. This study is based on a data sample corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 711 fb$$^{-1}$$, collected at the $$Upsilon(4S)$$ resonance with the Belle detector at the KEKB asymmetric-energy $$e^+ e^-$$ collider. We investigate the $$J/psipi^+pi^-$$ invariant mass distribution in the range 4.0 to 4.6 GeV/$$c^2$$ using both $$B^+ to J/psi pi^+pi^- K^+$$ and $$B^0 to J/psi pi^+pi^- K^0_S$$ decays. We find excesses of events above the background levels, with a significances of 2.1 and 0.9 standard deviations for charged and neutral $$B to Y(4260) K$$ decays, respectively, taking into account the systematic uncertainties. These correspond to upper limits on the product of branching fractions, $${cal B}(B^+ to Y(4260) K^+) times {cal B}(Y(4260) to J/psi pi^+ pi^-) < 1.4 times 10^{-5}$$ and $${cal B}(B^0 to Y(4260) K^0) times {cal B}(Y(4260) to J/psi pi^+ pi^-) < 1.7 times 10^{-5}$$ at the 90% confidence level.

We report a measurement of the $$B^0$$ and $$B^+$$ meson decays to the $$D^-_sK^0_Spi^+$$ and $$D^-_sK^+K^+$$ final states, respectively, using $$657times 10^6$$ $$Bbar{B}$$ pairs collected at the $$Upsilon(4S)$$ resonance with the Belle detector at the KEKB asymmetric-energy $$e^+e^-$$ collider. Using the $$D^-_s to phipi^-$$, $$K^*(892)^0K^-$$ and $$K^0_SK^-$$ decay modes for the $$D_s$$ reconstruction, we measure the following branching fractions: $${cal B}(B^0 to D^-_s K^0_S pi^+)=[0.47 pm 0.06({rm stat}) pm 0.05({rm syst})]times 10^{-4}$$ and $${cal B}(B^+ to D^-_s K^+ K^+)=[0.93 pm 0.22({rm stat}) pm 0.10({rm syst})]times 10^{-5}$$. We find the ratio of the branching fraction of $$B^+ to D^-_sK^+K^+$$ to that of the analogous Cabibbo-favored $$B^+ to D^-_sK^+pi^+$$ decay to be $${cal R_B}=0.054 pm 0.013({rm stat}) pm 0.006({rm syst})$$, which is consistent with the naive factorization model. We also observe a deviation of the $$D_sK$$ invariant-mass distribution from the three-body phase-space model for both studied decays.
