The authentication System Group of J-PARC Information System Group carried out the feasibility study about PKI authentication method that used IC card. Its purpose was that we validated its practical utility to choose an authentication method to adjust a security level desired at the information system of J-PARC. As a target of the feasibility studies, we chose following four validation items. (1) "The EAP-TLS wireless LAN authentication method" (2) "The Web-SSL client authentication method when accessed via SSL-VPN device" (3) "The PKI authentication method that used IC card stored the certificate which issued by NAREGI-CA software. (4) "The PKI authentication method that used Dual card type FeliCa". We established validation point for each validation item, and carried out it. So, we got the results and useful information. This report is that we organized a validation procedure, result and knowledge that we got by feasibility studies.

We report on the results of angle-resolved photoemission experiments on a quasi-one-dimensional $$MX$$-chain compound [Ni(chxn)$$_2$$Br]Br$$_2$$ (chxn = 1$$R$$,2$$R$$-cyclohexanediamine), a one-dimensional Heisenberg system with $$S=1/2$$ and $$Jsim3600$$K, which shows a gigantic non-linear optical effect. A "band" having about 500meV energy dispersion is found in the first half of the Brillouin zone $$(0le kb/pi <1/2)$$, but disappears at $$kb/pisim1/2$$. Two dispersive features, expected from the spin-charge separation, as have been observed in other quasi-one-dimensional systems like Sr$$_2$$CuO$$_3$$, are not detected. These characteristic features are well reproduced by the $$d$$-$$p$$ chain model calculations with a small charge-transfer energy $$Delta$$ compared with that of one-dimensional Cu-O based compounds. We propose that this smaller $$Delta$$ is the origin of the absence of clear spin- and charge-seperation in the photoemission spectra and strong non-linear optical effect in [Ni(chxn)$$_2$$Br]Br$$_2$$.

Manyo-Lib is a framework of software designed for data analysis for neutron scattering experiment. It is one of the fundamental software used in J-PARC/MLF. Manyo-Lib consists of class libraries of C++ and Python interfaces that wrap the class libraries. The purpose of Manyo-lib is to offer operators for analysis, data containers, distributed computing environment, common data formats necessary to analyzing experiment data generated by various scattering equipments and various research regions. We are going to use NeXus as our common file format.
