The performances, energy and position resolutions, trigger efficiency, stability, and background during the operation, have been studied using data and simulations, which revealed that the requirements for production cross-section and transverse single-spin asymmetry measurements of very forward photons, s, and neutrons were satisfied. In this paper, we describe the details of these studies.

The search is performed by analyzing events collected by the Belle detector at the KEKB energy-asymmetric collider at the resonance. No signal is found in the dark photon mass range , and we set upper limits of the branching fraction of at the 90% confidence level. The products of branching fractions, and , have limits of the order of depending on the mass. Furthermore, considering decay rate to each pair of charged particles, the upper limits of are of the order of -. From the upper limits of , we obtain the Higgs portal coupling for each assumed dark photon and dark Higgs mass. The Higgs portal couplings are of the order of - at and - at .

The multiparticle cumulant technique is used to obtain the elliptic flow coefficients , , , and , and triangular flow coefficients and . Using the small-variance limit, we estimate the mean and variance of the event-by-event distribution from and . In a complementary analysis, we also use a folding procedure to study the distributions of and directly, extracting both the mean and variance. Implications for initial geometrical fluctuations and their translation into the final state momentum distributions are discussed.

The measured value of is consistent with zero, allowing us to constrain the resolved photon contribution in the , and improve the branching fraction prediction. The result for is consistent with the prediction of the SM. We also measure the direct asymmetries for charged and neutral decays. All the measurements are the most precise to date.
