スウェーデンにおけるリスクコミュニケーション(RC)活動の中でも重要な位置を占める「EIAフォーラム」に傍聴参加し、その実態を視察するとともに、本フォーラムに参加した自治体側参加者とも意見交換を実施した。本稿はスウェーデンのオスカーシャム自治体におけるEIAフォーラムへの参加報告を中心に、スウェーデンのRC視察内容をまとめたものである。

We attended the EIA forum as an observer, which forum is one of the most important positions of the risk communication (RC) activities in Sweden. We also exchanged views on RC with the local government participants in the EIA forum. This report summarizes the visit to Sweden with a focus on the EIA forum in Oskarshamn.
