Ce系重い電子系化合物の圧力誘起超伝導の研究を行うためわれわれは熱電対を用いた高圧下比熱測定を行ってきた。本発表では圧力誘起超伝導CeNiGe$$_3$$を中心にわれわれの研究を紹介する。CeNiGe$$_3$$は常圧で5.2Kの転移温度をもつ反強磁性物質である。加圧とともに転移温度は上昇し3GPa近辺で最大値を示しその後減少する。反強磁性臨界圧力は7GPa近辺である。超伝導は2GPaから10GPaまで観測されている。われわれは単結晶試料を用いて2.1GPa, 2.4GPaで高圧下比熱測定を行った。0.3K近辺に超伝導転移に伴うと推測される比熱異常を観測し、超伝導転移を熱力学的観点から実証した。

We have perfomed the ac heat capacity measurement on the Ce-based pressure induced superconductor. In this meeting, We will show our experimental results as well as the experimental apparatuses for the measuremnt. Especially, we will focus on the pressure induced superconductor CeNiGe$$_3$$ that orders antiferromagnetically at 5.5K at ambient pressure. The transition temperature increases with increasing pressure, becomes maximum around 3GPa, and then decreases with the higher pressure region. The antiferromagnetic critical pressure is around 7GPa. We performed the ac heat capacity measurement under high pressure. The superconducting anomaly due to the superconducting transition was observed around 0.3K. From this observation, we concluded the bulk nature of the superconductivity.
