マイクロ化学チップを用いた微小流路内におけるTODGAのNd(III)抽出分離特性

ガラス基板(縦$$times$$$$times$$厚さ; 70mm$$times$$30mm$$times$$1.4mm)の内部に作成した深さ数10$$mu$$m及び幅数100$$mu$$mの微小流路内を反応場とするマイクロ化学チップを用いて、TODGAによるNdの抽出分離試験を実施した。断面形状が非対称の微小流路の適用及び水相背圧の制御により、有機相と水相との二相層流界面におけるNdの効果的な抽出、及びNd抽出後の有機相と水相の良好な分離が行われた。

Extraction of Np with TODGA has been performed using microchemical chips which have micro channels of several 10's $$mu$$m in depth and several 100's $$mu$$m in width as reaction field in a glass plate (L$$times$$W$$times$$T; 70 mm $$times$$ 30 mm $$times$$ 1.4 mm). By using a microchannel of unsymmetrical shape and adjusting back pressure to the aqueous phase, Nd was effectively extracted at laminar flow interface between the organic phase and the aqueous phase, and the organic phase after Nd extraction separated from the aqueous phase very well.
