ここでは、物質利用導入シナリオについて、それを策定するために必要となる考え方とシナリオ自体のあり方について検討していく。物質利用導入シナリオの策定では、推進側と一般市民の間における合意調整のあり方に対する意識改革と技術的観点からの研究を同時進行せねばならない。そのうえで、技術的観点からの研究方針はオプション(選択肢)を提示し、柔軟性のある方針を取り得るようにしていくことが重要である。

An introducing scenario of material utillization are examined from a point of view of a way of formulating the scenario. By the development of the introducing scenario of material utillization, it must be worse in consciousness reform for the ideal method of the agreement adjustment to be able to put among the promotion side and citizens and the study from a point of view of the technology at the same time. In this way, the strategy from a technical point of view shows an option, and it is important to take a flexible policy.
