高い核拡散抵抗性を有する高速増殖炉ブランケット燃料開発を行うために、高速実験炉「常陽」で照射したAm及びUサンプルの分析、さらにブランケットにU-Am燃料を装荷した高速増殖炉の概念検討をし、ブランケット生成Pu核拡散抵抗性の改善方策を検討する。

Americium and Uranium samples irradiated in experimental fast reactor Joyo are analyzed to develop a blanket fuel with high proliferation resistance for fast breeder reactor. Based on this results, the conceptual design of americium-containing uranium fuel loated at blanket region in fast breeder reactor is performed, and then proliferatin resistance of produced plutonium at blanket region are evaluated for optimization.
