Information sharing activity on reclamation project at the Ningyo-toge uranium mine

原子力機構人形峠環境技術センターでは、天然放射性核種であるウラン系列核種を含む鉱さいや捨石のたい積場の措置に向けた情報共有活動の一環として、放射線や廃棄物処分等の関連事項の住民意識を把握するため、センターが所在する岡山県下の住民を対象とした調査を岡山大学と協力して行っている。この情報などをもとに、大学生や地元高校生の協力を得、第三者への情報発信にかかわる研究を継続して行っており、その状況について報告する。

In Ningyo-toge Environmental Engineering Center, Japan Atomic Energy Agency, to understand the consciousness of residents of related matters of the radiation and the waste disposal, it investigates about the resident in Okayama prefecture in cooperation with Okayama University, as part of informational sharing activity for the reclamation project. The research that information sending to others is continuously done based on the cooperation of Okayama University students and the local high school students, and it reports on the situation.
