人形峠ウラン鉱山跡措置におけるコミュニケーションの実践

原子力機構人形峠環境技術センターでは、人形峠の価値の見える化に重点を置いたコミュニケーションスキームの実践を行っている。人形峠の価値として日本では稀有な天然のウラン鉱床に光をあて、地域の高校生によるエスノグラフィ・プログラムなどを通じてその価値について改めて考える。人形峠の価値をこのような外部からの解釈に委ねることにより、価値の見える化や再構築が促進され、多くのステークホルダーに共有されることになる。この過程により、コミュニケーション目標の達成を目指している。

On the closure of uranium mine site at and around Ningyo-Toge Environmental Engineering Center, the action plans for risk communication with residence and local governments were developed and implemented. As practical plan of the risk communication, support of local voluntary group for planning regionally activating events has been conducted. Opportunities of studying uranium mine site for regional people have implemented in events. In addition, an ethnographical research was conducted by local high school students. Research was focused on earth scientific forming process of uranium deposit.
