Mechanism of oxidation on Si(111)-7$$times$$7 surface enhanced by translational kinetic energy of O$$_{2}$$

酸素分子の並進運動エネルギーと酸素吸着構造及びSi酸化状態の生成の関係から、Si(111)-7$$times$$7表面の初期吸着確率が変化する原因を明らかにした。並進運動エネルギーによってins oxygenの生成確率が変化することを明らかにした。

We clarified the initial sticking probability of O$$_{2}$$ on Si(111)-7$$times$$7 surface varied with the translational kinetic energy of O$$_{2}$$ by observing the time evolution of the oxygen bonding configurations and the Si oxidation states. It is found that the reaction probability of the ins oxygen is dominantly changed by the translational kinetic energy O$$_{2}$$.
