本件は、合理的・現実的・持続的な国際/地域システムの概念構築の研究である。差別のない核燃料サイクルサービスを受けることができ、国際的な3S要求事項に合致するような信頼性の高いシステムについて、実現性の高い枠組みの研究を実施した。本発表ではその概要を述べる。

This paper will present brief historical review of multilateral nuclear approaches (MNA). And based on which, a basic concept of a reliable framework, where the fuel-cycle services could be provided without discrimination, and meet the international 3S requirements will be discussed.
