Workshop for 20 years memorial on the international cooperation between Japan and Kazakhstan

原子力機構は機構の一つの使命として原子力人材育成センターにおいて50年以上にわたり原子力分野の人材育成を実施してきており、海外も含め110,000人以上の受講生を輩出している。現在、原子力人材育成センターでは1996年に着手した「講師育成研修事業」をアジア諸国の原子力の平和利用のための人材育成の一環として推進している。2010年より、カザフスタンからも講師育成研修(ITC)及び原子力安全セミナーにおいて研修生を総勢27名を受け入れている。今回、カザフスタン国立原子力研究センター(NNC RK)において、日本とカザフスタンの国際協力20周年のワークショップが開催されることとなり、原子力人材育成センターがカザフスタンに対して行ってきた原子力分野の人材育成活動を発表する。

JAEA is aiming as one of JAEA's missions, Nuclear Human Resource Development Center (NuHRDeC) of JAEA has conducted the development of human resources in the field of nuclear technology for more than 50 years and trained more than 110,000 engineers including foreign trainees. At present, NuHRDeC is conducting an international HRD program, "Instructor Training Program (ITP)", which is a training scheme launched in 1996 in order to contribute to the development of human resources in Asian countries. In this program, NuHRDeC has accepted trainees from Kazakhstan in the Instructor Training Course (ITC) and Nuclear Safety Seminar since 2010. The total number of accepted trainees is 27. A workshop for the 20 years memorial on the international cooperation between JAPAN and Kazakhstan will be held on 3rd to 5th June 2014 in NNC RK, Kazakhstan. And, some of the nuclear HRD activities for Kazakhstan conducted by NuHRDeC will be presented at the workshop.
