異なる充填条件の試料に対するGe検出器の効率補正用パラメータの整備

Systematization of correction factors of Ge detector efficiencies for volume samples with different filling conditions

標準体積線源と材質や充填高さが異なる試料を測定する場合、検出効率の補正が必要となる。モンテカルロ計算及び実測により、様々な条件の試料に対する検出効率を求め、補正用パラメータを整備した。

In the measurement of the sample with different filling conditions, it is necessary to revise a detection efficiency. It systematize a correction factors of Ge detector efficiencies by Monte Carlo calculation and the measurement.
