The iron rhodium alloy is an intermetallic compound indicating the crystal structure of cesium chloride type at room temperature. Recently, we investigated the controlling of magnetism caused by disorder in the crystal structure of the intermetallic compound by ion irradiating. Therefore, we try to evaluate the crystal structural change in the bulk sample using EXAFS analysis. It is understood that difference in structural change appears by a different ion exposure dose. However, the analysis in the same sample was not performed until now by the problem of X-ray beam size. Therefore, in this study, the improvement of X-ray brightness at the bending magnet source was tried using a polycapillary X-ray lens(lens). As a result, we have succeeded to obtain the focusing beam of micro-size, and X-ray density improved to approximately 20 times. To confirm the effect of lens, Fe K-edge XAFS measurement were conducted in the non ion irradiation of the Fe-Rh alloy with and without lens. In case of without lens, respectable XAFS spectrum was not provided, but with lens, demonstrated the large improvement was confirmed. To know the irradiation dependence, Fe K edge XAFS measurements in the different ion exposure dose were conducted. As exposure doses increased, a difference was confirmed in vibration structure. We confirmed that FCC structure have changed to BCC structure caused by ion irradiation in the same sample.
