スパースモデリングを用いたKURAMA測定データからの環境半減期の導出

カーモニタリングデータから環境半減期を導出するべく、LASSOを用いた線形スパースモデリングとベイジアン統計を用いた手法を開発した。開発したモデルを、福島県において2011年から2016にかけて測定されたKURAMAデータに適用し、短い半減期として0.7年、長い半減期として4.5年の環境半減期が得られた。

To extract the space dependent ecological half-lives from car-borne survey data, a linear sparse model with LASSO regularization and Bayesian background has been developed. The model has been applied to analysis the KURAMA data in Fukushima Prefecture in 2011-2016. The fitting results are in reasonably good agreement with previous works, and could be studied other space dependent factors.
