GeV領域の陽子入射によるSiの核種生成断面積測定

大強度陽子加速器施設(J-PARC)において、シリコンに対するGeV領域陽子入射核種生成断面積 を測定した。実験値を、過去の実験値、放射線挙動解析コードPHITSによる計算値及び評価済み核データライブラリJENDL/HE-2007の評価値と比較した。加えて原子番号が近いアルミニウムに対する結果とも比較した。

At the Japan Proton Accelerator Research Complex (J-PARC), nuclide production cross section of silicon for GeV-proton incidence was measured. The experimental results were compared with past experimental data, calculated results with the PHITS code and the evaluated nuclear data library JENDL/HE-2007. In addition, the results were compared with the results for aluminum of which atomic number is close to that silicon.
