被引用回数:16 パーセンタイル:39.98(Chemistry, Physical)We investigated the hydrogenation of a ternary TiFeMn alloy under high pressure (up to 6.5 GPa) and at high temperature (up to 600 C) by in situ synchrotron radiation X-ray diffraction measurements. A chemical order-disorder phase transition and the formation of body-centered cubic (BCC) hydride were observed. The phase-transition temperature was 400 C, which is 200 C lower than that of a binary TiFe alloy. A disproportionation reaction, which was observed for the binary TiFe alloy, did not occur at this temperature. The BCC hydride existed stably, and new hydrides were not formed after the BCC hydride became a single phase. Since the unit cell volume of the BCC hydride was almost equal to that of the hydride, TiFeMnH, under the same pressure-temperature conditions, the hydrogen content of the former was roughly estimated as the same as that of the latter (hydrogen to metal atom ratio = 0.9).

被引用回数:13 パーセンタイル:32.39(Chemistry, Physical)V-Ti合金におけるV量が水素化サイクルに及ぼす効果について研究を行っている。VTi, 0.2 and 0.5で100サイクル以上、410Kと553Kで水素化、脱水素化を行ったところ、サイクルによる吸蔵量の減少が両方の試料で観測され、V量による違いはなかった。圧力-水素組成等温曲線ではサイクルによってプラトーの傾斜が大きくなり、ヒステリシスが小さくなることが確認できた。さらに、水素化サイクルによって十分に吸蔵量が減少した後に、低温で水素吸蔵させたところ、初めに水素吸蔵させたときと同程度の水素量を吸蔵することを発見した。
