The plasma particle interaction with a relativistically intense electromagnetic wave under the conditions when the radiation reaction effects are dominant is considered. We consider the short electromagnetic pulse emission during laser-cluster interaction and the ion acceleration due to the radiation pressure action on a thin plasma slab. A method to generate ultrahigh intense electromagnetic fields is suggested, based on the laser pulse compression, carrier frequency up-shifting and focusing by a counter-propagating breaking plasma wave, relativistic flying parabolic mirror.
