DoubletIIIのD型放電の不純物について報告する。主な不純物は酸素とニッケルである。実効電荷数は1~3.低密度、大電流放電においては、ニッケルの流出が大きい。チタン蒸着のない状態では酸素は密度と共に増加するが、チタンをコーティングすることにより酸素は抑えることができる。
