電磁流量計のオンサイト校正法としての相互相関法を確立するために,6インチ永久磁石型電磁流量計についてナトリウム実流試験を実施し流速15m/Sの範囲において,測定精度士4%で校正出来ることを確認した。なお,このために必要な電極の設置位置や信号処理,流量補正等についての最適な方法を確立した。更に6インチ以上の大口径配管での本方式の有効性を確認することより,「もんじゅ」実機の主配管流量計のオンサイト校正方法として,本方式は有効な手段となり得ると考えられる。

In order to establish the cross correlation method as the in-situ calibration of the electromagnetic flowmeter, sodium flow rate measurement using the 6 inches permanent magnet type electromagnetic flowmeter was conducted. And it was found that the calibration was possible within the accuracy of 4%. And useful method about the electrode positioning, signal processing and flow pattern correction were obtained for this purpose. This method will be applicable as the in-situ calibration method of "MONJU" main pipe flowmeter by the confirmation of this method on the larger pipe than this 6 inches' pipe.
