(Am,Np)O$$_{2-x}$$の酸素ポテンシャル

Oxygen potential measurements of (Am,Np)O$$_{2-x}$$

酸素欠損型蛍石型酸化物(Am,Np)O$$_{2-x}$$の酸素ポテンシャルをジルコニア固体電解質を用いた電気化学的手法で測定した。測定温度1333K, 0.01$$<$$${it x}$ $$<$$0.25で、クーロン滴定を行い、酸素ポテンシャルと酸素欠損量${it x}$の関係を明らかにした。また、${it x}$を一定として、測定温度を1333Kから1000Kまで一定速度(0.5K/分)で変化させて、酸素ポテンシャルの温度依存性を明らかにした。測定温度1333Kでの酸素ポテンシャルは、${it x}$=0.01で-90kJ/mol, ${it x}$=0.24で-380kJ/molになった。また、酸素ポテンシャルの温度依存性は、1333-1100Kでは、ほとんど直線的であったが、1100以下では湾曲や揺らぎがあった。

The oxygen potentials of oxygen-deficient fluorite-type oxide (Am,Np)O$$_{2-x}$$ have been measured by the electrochemical method with using the zirconia solid-electrolyte. The coulomb titration has been made for the sample at the measured temperature of 1333 K over 0.01$$<$$ ${it x}$ $$<$$0.25 to clarify the relation between the oxygen potentials and oxygen deficiency ${it x}$. The measured temperature has also been changed from 1333 to 1000 K at the constant rate of 0.5 K/minute at the constant ${it x}$ to clarify the temperature dependency of the oxygen potentials. The oxygen potentials have been -90 and -380 kJ/mol at ${it x}$=0.01 and 0.24 at 1333 K, reflectivily. The temperature dependency of the oxygen potentials showed an almost straight line between 1333 and 1100 K, whereas it had a curved line and fluctuation below 1100 K.
