J-PARC, MLFにおけるチョッパー型分光器のソフトウェア開発と現状

現在、J-PARCセンター物質・生命科学研究施設(MLF)では4次元空間中性子探査装置(4SEASONS)や冷中性子チョッパー型分光器(AMATERAS)を始めとするチョッパー型非弾性散乱装置の建設が急ピッチで進められている。それらハードウェアとともに、分光器やデバイスを制御しデータ集積,解析を行うソフトウェアの整備も進みつつある。その開発は、装置制御,解析・可視化などを開発項目の柱として、また他の分光器とのソフトウェア共通化・共有化も視野に入れて企業とともに進められてきた。4SEASONSにおいては、昨年9月から中性子ビームを使用した試験調整運転が始められているが、これまでの成果であるデータ収集系システムから出力されるイベントデータをヒストグラム化するといった一連の機能や、試験調整機能のソフトウェアが問題なく動作することを確認できている。一方で解析・可視化ソフトにおいても、海外の研究者グループとの国際協力も進めるなど、一定の成果を上げつつある。今回の発表では、これらソフトウェアの概要,今後の開発の進行について報告する。

We report the plan and current status of development for software used on high-intensity chopper spectrometer, 4SEASONS, and Cold Neutron Disk-Chopper Spectrometer, CNDCS, at Materials and Life Science Facility(MLF), J-PARC. We begin to design software packages based on many required functions for performing experiments and analysis, for example control spectrometer system (data acquisition, devices), suggestion of experiment conditions, visualization and so on. This project progresses with software company. On the other hand, we started to collaborate with Korean group about the development of analysis software for inelastic scattering. In this presentation, we will present the current status and plan for software development including collaboration with Korean group.
