産業廃棄物処分場の安全性にかかわる住民意識のモデル化

本研究は(1)アンケート調査によって産業廃棄物処分場に対する安心感に影響する因子を抽出すること,(2)因子同士の相互関係を共分散構造解析によりモデル化すること,(3)モデルを用いて処分場問題に対して当事者意識が高い地域とそうでない地域を比較することを目的とした。解析の結果、人々が処分場へ抱く悪いイメージがリスク認知と処理業者への信頼に直接的な影響を及ぼすことが明らかになった。また、当事者意識が強い地域では処理業者への信頼の影響が大きいこと、当事者意識の希薄な地域では、処分場のリスク認知の影響が相対的に大きくなることが明らかになった。

This study aimed to: (1) extract the influence factors of the public perception of security to the industrial waste landfill site, (2) examines the structural equation model with latent variables, (3) compare the characteristic of 2 area based on the sense of ownership for landfill site problem. A series of structural equation modeling (SEM) resulted in the following findings. Risk perception for landfill site and trust in the disposal services were directly predicted by negative image for landfill site. In the area where the sense of ownership is strong, trust in the disposal services has a strong influence for public perception of security. On the other hand, in the area where the sense of ownership is week, risk perception has a strong influence relatively.
