クロロメチルスチレンをグラフトしたポリオレフィン繊維へのホスホン酸とスルホン酸の導入においてはスルホン化剤種や官能基導入の順序によって繊維の切断が起こる場合がある。本研究では繊維の切断反応が軽減できる官能基導入の順序並びにスルホン化剤を探索した結果について報告する。

Imparting of phosphonic acid and sulfonic acid into fiber grafted with chloromethyl styrene was investigated by selecting chemical agent for sulfonation and reaction order of functions. The chemical agent and the reaction order were optimized to decrease the damage in the mechanical strength of fibers.
