原子力専門用語を平易に解説するためのコンテンツは既にさまざまなものが存在するが、ここでは、明快性,簡潔性を条件として専門用語の言い換え文章(解説文)を作成した。また、その解説文を実際に公衆に提示して評価,意見を得ることによって、よりわかりやすい解説文を作成するとともに、わかりやすく言い換える条件を検討した。簡潔性確保の条件は、100文字以内の文章量の制限を設けた。明快性確保の条件は、専門用語の使用制限を設けるともに、日常的な表現・比喩や興味をひく関連情報の活用を図った。

We had some focus group interviews to verify the clearness of sentence put in simpler terms. We report on the requirements and the approaches to translate nuclear technical terms with the clearness by showing some samples of the explanation.
