多結晶であるUO$$_{2}$$とAm-MOX燃料ディスクで拡散対を作製し、1600$$^{circ}$$Cで一定の酸素分圧下で4.5時間アニールした。拡散対の界面を横切るPuとAmの濃度分布をEPMAにて測定した。この濃度分布をFickの法則に適用し、PuとAmの平均的な拡散係数が10$$^{-15}$$$$sim$$10$$^{-14}$$m$$^{2}$$/s程度であることを導き出した。

Diffusion couples with polycrystalline UO$$_{2}$$ and Am-MOX discs were annealed for 4.5 h at 1600$$^{circ}$$C under constant oxygen partial pressures. Concentrations of Pu and Am across the interfaces of the couples were measured using EPMA. The average diffusion coefficients of Pu and Am were estimated to be 10$$^{-15}$$ and 10$$^{-14}$$m$$^{2}$$/s by fitting their concentration profiles to Fick's law, and the difference between them was not so significant.
