Pressure-temperature-field phase diagram and quantum fluctuation effect are investigated in the itinerant ferromagnet UP. The zero-temperature ferromagnetic-to-paramagnetic transition is located at 
4.0 GPa. The tricritical point exists at 3.8 GPa and 32 K, where the ferromagnetic transition changes from second- to first-order. A prominent quantum fluctuation effect was observed in resistivity behavior new the tricritical point.
