Anomalous low-field diamagnetic response in ultraclean URuSi superconductor

超純良URuSi超伝導体の低磁場における反磁性異常

The low critical field $H_{rm c1}$ in ultraclean URuSi single crystals with residual resistivity ration exceeding 700 is precisely determined. The whole $H_{rm c1}$ for can be explained by the two-gap with line and point nodes. In contrast, for a distinct kink in the slope of $H_{rm c1}$ was found at 1.2 K, which cannot be accounted for by the two-gap. This outstanding anomaly demonstrates a highly unusual superconducting state embedded in the hidden order state possibly related to the time reversal symmetry breaking.
