森林で生息する糸状菌の放射性Csの環境中挙動への影響を調べるため、放射性Csの糸状菌への濃集について実験により検討した。鉱物を培地に添加しない場合には、糸状菌の菌糸は放射性Csを細胞内に取り込んだ。鉱物が存在する場合には、濃集が減少し、濃集の減少は鉱物のKdが大きいほど大きかった。

Accumulation of Cs by filamentous fungi have been studied to elucidate the role of filamentous fungi collected in forest in the migration of radiocesium in the environment. Without mineral in the medium, the hyphae of the filamentous fungi accumulated radiocesium. When mineral was added in the medium, concentration of $$^{137}$$Cs in the hyphae decreased and was correlated with the inverse of Kd of minerals.
