Possible multiorbital Kondo effect occurring in URh$$_2$$Zn$$_{20}$$ is examined by diluting with non-magnetic Lu. An experimental signature of a local maximum in magnetic susceptibility $$chi(T)$$ disappeared in the diluted Lu$$_{1-x}$$U$$_x$$Rh$$_2$$Zn$$_{20}$$, suggesting that the anomaly in $$chi(T)$$ can be attributed to intersite correlation effects rather than the single-site property.
