角度分解光電子分光によるUGaの電子状態

ARPES study of UGa

反強磁性体UGaに対して角度分解光電子分光を行い、バンド構造とフェルミ面の導出を行った。実験の結果、5f電子の寄与の強いバンドが分散を持ってフェルミ面を形成していることが明らかとなった。また、Neel温度Tc=67Kの上下での測定を行い、反強磁性転移に伴う電子構造の変化の観測も行った。バンド計算との比較を踏まえ、この化合物の電子状態について議論する。

The electronic structure of UGa was studied by ARPES. The band structure and Fermi surface of this compound were obtained, and they were compared with the result of the band structure calculation.
