タンデム加速器施設において多重$$gamma$$線検出装置GEMINI-IIを用いたインビーム$$gamma$$線核分光実験により、高スピン核構造が未知である陽子数,中性子数ともに奇数である奇奇核$$^{182,184,186}$$Auの$$pi i_{13/2} bigotimes nu i_{13/2}$$回転バンドにおける低スピン指標逆転現象を探索した。これら3つの核の$$pi i_{13/2} bigotimes nu i_{13/2}$$バンドを同定し、高スピン状態まで拡張することに成功した。特に、$$^{184}$$Auにおいて$$pi i_{13/2} bigotimes nu i_{13/2}$$バンドと基底状態回転バンドの間のバンド間転移が確立され、$$pi i_{13/2} bigotimes nu i_{13/2}$$バンドのスピン・パリティを決めることができた。この結果、これら3つの核の$$pi i_{13/2} bigotimes nu i_{13/2}$$回転バンドで低スピン指標逆転現象が見つかった。

Search for low-spin signature inversion in the $$pi i_{13/2} bigotimes nu i_{13/2}$$ bands in odd-odd $$^{182,184,186}$$Au have been made through in-beam $$gamma$$-ray spectroscopy techniques. The $$pi i_{13/2} bigotimes nu i_{13/2}$$ bands in the three nuclei have been identified and extended up to high-spin states. In particlular, the interband connection between the $$pi i_{13/2} bigotimes nu i_{13/2}$$ band and the ground-state band in $$^{184}$$Au have been established, leading to a firm spin-and-parity assignment for the $$pi i_{13/2} bigotimes nu i_{13/2}$$ band. The low-spin signature inversion is found in the $$pi i_{13/2} bigotimes nu i_{13/2}$$ bands in $$^{182,184,186}$$Au.
