The construction of a new polarized neutron reflectometer is now in progress at Materials and Life Science Experimental Facility (MLF) of Japan Proton Accelerator Research Complex (J-PARC). MLF has the world brightest pulsed neutron and muon sources (JSNS & MUSE). At the conference, the outline design specification and the present situation of this new polarized neutron reflectometer will be presented, and perspective view of the international collaboration on this reflectometer will also be discussed.
