As a nondestructive technique, neutron reflectivity brings significant information on the magnetism at interfaces even in thin films. We constructed a newly polarized neutron reflectometer a at BL17 SHARAKU installed at MLF, and started the user program in the end of January 2012. The magnet with high field and the spin polarization apparatus are available. We report the current status and future prospects of the beamline in terms of a commissioning and a research.
